Booking Requirements & Eligibility
To successfully rent a vehicle with us, clients must provide a valid driver's licence alongside a valid passport or official government-issued ID at vehicle collection.
The minimum age requirement to hire a car from our fleet is 21 years old. Please note that drivers under the age of 25 may incur a standard young driver surcharge.
Payments & Financial Policies
We accept both credit cards and debit cards for payments. Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted across all of our payment channels.
Yes. Reservations can be completely cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time without facing any financial penalty.
Fleet Operations & Vehicle Logistics
Yes. Cross-location rentals are allowed (for example, picking up a car at one branch or airport and returning it to another). However, additional one-way drop-off fees will apply based on the final destination.
In the unlikely event of a mechanical failure or breakdown, clients are instructed to call the dedicated emergency roadside assistance helpline provided within the physical rental agreement folder in the vehicle.
Insurance Framework
Yes. Standard comprehensive insurance coverage is factored automatically into every base vehicle booking.
Yes. Supplemental waivers and zero-excess coverage plans are available for individual purchase at the office during collection to reduce damage liabilities.
Driving Advice for Namibian Roads
Namibia’s dirt highways and vast gravel roads present unique conditions. For tourist safety, please review these key guidelines:
The maximum speed limit on unpaved gravel (dirt) roads is strictly 80 km/h. On bitumen (tarmac) national highways, it is capped at 120 km/h.
On unpaved, dusty roads, you must continuously keep your headlights switched on so oncoming traffic can spot your vehicle through thick dust clouds.
When a vehicle approaches on gravel, slow down and steer as far to the left as safely possible to prevent flying stones from chipping windscreens.
